HOT FROM THE PRESS

'Wealth Management' companies whether legit or not are very dangerous for the financial health of your money. Basically, a room full of salesmen (con men really), who are unregulated, and will cold call you to try and tempt you to part with your money and invest in some "amazing" company which will make you a millionaire. The stocks are usually unlisted and therefore difficult to sell once you have bought them. In reality they are likely to be worthless.

They tend to target people who already own shares, and will get your phone number and contact details from lists that they have bought, including shareholder. More often than not, they are based overseas. Whatever, you should
NEVER deal with them, and NEVER deal with anyone who cold calls you from a company who you have never dealt with before.

Hi folks,

We have come to conclusion that this is about time that we ask our readers to contribute a bit to our cause. Basically, all we need is as much information as possible about the scams organized and executed by Malcolm & Sara Stockdale, John Carway, Robert Mouallem, David Bradley-Ward, Pino Baldasare and the rest. We have steered the crap and it started producing a very unpleasant smell. We will not give up and will continue doing what we are doing, as Stockdales have stolen from us and we are not the kind of people who would just let such a thing go unpunished.
Now, we would like to issue a public warning:
NETWORKING PARTNERS is a SCAM. The shares this company owns are fake. For instance, ANNE’S DIARY INC has been dead since January of 2012. KOINI CLUB has been long dead as well. The shares of NETWORKING PARTNERS are not supported by absolutely ANYTHING. DO NOT BUY THIS SHARES AS YOU WILL BE INVESTING IN A WORTHLESS PILE OF PAPERS. BE VERY CAREFUL IF APPROACHED BY ANY OF THE FOLLOWING INDIVIDUALS AS THEY HAVE BEEN CONNECETD TO STOCK FRAUDS AND PONZI SCHEMES AROUND THE WORLD AND READY TO START A NEW VENTURE:

Malcolm H. Stockdale (may be living under a false ID)
Sara Buzze Stockdale (may be living under a false ID)

Enzo Taddei
David Bradley-Ward
Peter Smith
Samuel James Bramley
Lizabeth (Stockdale) Bramley
Robert Mouallem
Giuseppe Pino Baldassarre

Recently we have noticed the appearance of an interesting company called GLOBAL EQUITY INTERNATIONAL, with offices in London and Dubai. If you would like to know a bit more about this company, you are welcome to go through the additional pages on this website. What made us alert was that this company involves some individuals listed here. Could it be a coincidence? Yes. Is it a coincidence? Hmm…somehow we doubt that.

The biggest problem seems to be that these people have been nationals of the countries foreign to the countries where their scams were executed. If you in fact did lose all your savings to any of the stock frauds operated by any of the above mentioned folks, you may as well consider your moneys as forever gone, and accept the fact that you will never recover them back. The least thing we and YOU can do and ought to do, as an honest hard-working human being, is to make sure that we have been the very last victims and no one else will ever get ripped off by these cold-hearted “businessmen”.
Another problem seems to be that once they [these cold-hearted “businessmen”] get the taste of easy money and start living a luxurious life [normally somewhere in California, Florida, southern Europe or Switzerland] their expenses start exceeding their earning potential, so these individuals are forced into participation in yet another series of scams.

It is not an easy task to organize and execute a scam and what would require much less effort would be finding someone who has some experience in these types of “businesses”and use their expertise to successfully operate a proven scam template of some kind.

Unfortunately the Legal System supports mainly those who pay well; those who cannot pay have been successfully jailed. Although intended as the Institute of Justice, litigation became an instrument of keeping the have-nots as far as possible from the wealthy minority. That is why scammers actually are not afraid at all of being put on trial. We all have seen it too often, to ignore the truth: when you have been scammed out of all your savings, you will not be able to afford a good lawyer and as a result you will make scammers even richer if you decide to cross them. Yet, as the famous Latin saying goes: ego nihil timeo, quia nihil habeo.

Here is the email account to which you can contribute your story about being scammed by any of these individuals: anderson.editorial@gmail.com

The information you will submit to us will be used to build a class action against Stockdale family and the rest. Please hurry, as Stockdales will do their best to force our kind web-page hosting service friends to remove the page. Fortunately, there are THOUSANDS of hosting sites around the world, so we do not feel intimidated at all :)

May God be with you

Testimonials:

“I invested through a company in Spain. Initially they were called Belgravia (or something like that), then it changed to a group called Wintermans group. I received my so called shares certificates from a guy called Peter Smith, the Chairman of Tally Ho Ventures Inc., with an address in Luxembourg giving the
name of Select Fidelity in Canada as a transfers group if I wanted to get rid of the shares. This was all in 2006. I'm actually based in Dubai (have been for 10 years) and was originally contacted by phone here by Belgravia.”

“I invested via a company in Frankfurt which was obviously a boiler operation. The money though went to what I think was a private address in Spain, Malaga I think, to a company run by Winterman Inc. whose business was registered in the Isle of Man. I was told that they would re-buy the shares within a certain time. The price went up for a short time and then went totally belly up. Tally Ho changed its name several times and I'm now out of touch. Last I heard they were registered in Delaware. They DID send me a "bonus" share certificate but I think that was part of the con.”

"I really hope that you DO get Stockdale - if that really is his real name. Problem is that with the weak Justice system in the West he will escape relatively unscathed and we will all still be poorer. Criminals always get their "rights" above the "rights" of the victims. Winterman will have salted away his ill gotten gains so untouchable. The three of us can't be anything like the total of the victims of this scam. There must be thousands but most fail to do any research. SOMEWHERE there must be a list of shareholders and possibility of combined action. I doubt that Tally-ho, or whatever it is now really called, really have a surprise up their sleeve. I think the "directors" are just as guilty as Winterman. What's the betting that they all went to the same Public School? (that is PRIVATE fee paying school for our American readers) and this scam was conceived in the 6th form Common Room. Unlikely that we'll ever get back the money but but we may get some form of justice. I'll investigate in 4 weeks or so - personal commitments prevent anything earlier."

J.B.

"Finally someone who sees the whole picture. Yes these guys all work together in boiler rooms. Some claim that they have invested money and lost it as well, when they were in the scam from the beginning. Then off they go to the next meeting and another scam. It's the same people. They may mix them up for different scams, but still the same group. And you are right. Only 3% take action and the police need numbers and/or large dollar amounts before they take things seriously. I wish you the best. I hope you get these parasites."

Aspirations

Malcolm and Sara are setting up their next project. This time it will be under a company named Networking Partners Inc., registered in Melbourne, Florida.
Be advised, if you will ever be approached by Malcolm H. Stockdale and/or Sara Buzze Stockdale with an interesting proposal for them to use your unique idea for any kind of financial development, JUST WALK AWAY. Malcolm H. Stockdale has ruined many bright inventors and entrepreneurs by using their original inventions to build up a stock portfolio for an anonymous company of his own, which later would sell its shares and disintegrate into nothingness. The shares sold would be useless, since the original project they were relying on would be defunct and dissolved. As you may understand Stockdale’s reputation in case of such event would not suffer a tiny little bit, since Stockdale himself would be always hiding behind somebody else’s back.

Updates!

So now KOINI is “back” online. Well, it says it has been upgrading its website…Interesting, how long do you think it takes to update a properly functioning website? According to Stockdales, it takes…well, about three month. Perhaps, that is the case if the purpose of bringing the dead site back to life was no other but to convince investors that they were investing into something real. However, a three-month shutdown is a death-sentence for any kind of social-networking web resource. Anyone who has a bit of knowledge in the field of social networking will tell you so. KOINI was one of those“following-the-trend-kind-of-small-social-networking”websites. Dear, Mr. S, setting up an online banner will not bring all the customers you have lost by shutting down ANNE’S DIARY, KOINI CLUB and KOINI OCHITE. It will not. Neither will it convince anybody that KOINI has gone offline completely for three full months just for the sake of an upgrade. Wake up!Our interpretation of the events: Stockdales have decided to create a controversy to this website so that they could accuse us of lying to the general public. Hmm…ok, what could we possible gain by lying about all this to anyone? Nothing.
